Drive America’s Highways for 8 miles west along the historic mother road from West Hollywood to Santa Monica in California.
We start the video traveling west along Santa Monica Blvd at the intersection with La Cienga in West Hollywood. We soon reach the rainbow cacti at the intersection with Doheny Drive where we enter Beverly Hills.
The scenery changes drastically compared to West Hollywood, with the road being wider here with bike lanes and a park on the north side of the road. We pass the government center and Rodeo drive before entering Los Angeles just past the intersection with Wilshire Blvd.
We enter LA with the LA Country Club to the north, and the scenery here get’s noticeably more urban. To the south, tall buildings block the landscape, followed by globs of retail.
Crossing under the interchange with Interstate 405, we pass through the Sawtelle neighborhood before entering Santa Monica at an intersection with Centinela Ave. In Santa Monica, we stay on old Route 66 until Lincoln Blvd, where we continue on Route 66 for the last mile. The video ends as we turn onto Lincoln Blvd.
Cool Drive as Usual!
Thank you kindly
So does the Pacific Ocean go SW also
Since it ends there
