Interstate 20: Alabama to Atlanta

🚙 Drive America’s Highways for 57 miles east along Interstate 20 from Alabama to Atlanta, Georgia.

We start the video entering Georgia on Interstate 20 at the Alabama state line near Tallapoosa. Shortly after, we make a quick pit stop at the welcome center before continuing east on the Tom Murphy Freeway. Passing the interchange with GA-100, we make our way east towards Atlanta – crossing an interchange with U.S. Highway 27 and several local interchanges before reaching Douglasville at an interchange with GA-5.

Staying on I-20, we continue east, passing just north of Sweetwater Creek State Park. Crossing the interchange with GA-6, we are welcomed to the Atlanta area with a panoramic view of the skyline in the distance as we pass by Six Flags Over Georgia and enter Atlanta. Now inside Atlanta City Limits, we cross The Perimeter (Interstate 285) and a few local exits before reaching the end of the video at the interchange with Interstate 75 in the heart of downtown Atlanta.
