🚙 Drive America’s Highways for 10 miles north along Arkansas Highway 59 from Barling to Van Buren.

We start the video turning north onto Arkansas Highway 59 from Arkansas Highway 22 in Barling. Driving north out of Barling, we pass Springhill Park and Dam Site before crossing the Arkansas River on the James W. Trimble Lock & Dam. Now in Crawford County, the road curves to the northwest, passing Dam Site North while following the north bank of the Arkansas River. A mile or so after Dam Site North, the road turns once again to the north, still following the Arkansas River, to enter Van Buren from the southeast.

Entering Van Buren, we turn once more northwest at the intersection with 28th Street. Continuing into town, we soon pass the interchange with Interstate 540, where we stay on AR-59 into downtown Van Buren. A few blocks later, we reach the intersection with U.S. Highway 64 (Broadway St.) where we end the video turning east.
