🚙 Drive America’s Highways for 33 miles south along U.S. Highway 167 from Batesville to Bald Knob, Arkansas.
The drive from Batesville to Bald Knob starts at the intersection with Myers Ave in Batesville. Driving generally south along a 4-lane highway, the highway crosses the White River to leave Batesville and enter the city of Southside. Continuing south through Southside, Route 167 passes the Batesville Airport before entering “downtown”. In central Southside, Highway 167 crosses a spur of Arkansas Highway 14 and AR-223 at an uncontrolled intersection.
Leaving Southside, US-167 travels 10 miles or so south to the community of Pleasant Plains where it intersects Arkansas Highway 157. Turning southeast to leave town, Highway 167 continues 2 miles to the community of Midway where the highway returns to a more or less southerly routing at the intersection with Arkansas Highway 87.
Traveling generally south once again, U.S. Route 167 continues for another 12 miles or so to the town of Bald Knob where it intersects Arkansas Highway 258 just inside the town limits. Continuing south into Bald Knob, the passes the intersection with AR-367 just before the video ends at the interchange with U.S. Route 67 and U.S. Route 64.
