The northbound segment of TN-105 in Trimble begins at the intersection with Tennessee Secondary Route 89 on the east side of town. Travelling west, the route makes its way through Trimble along Pierce Street. At the intersection with Main Street, the highway turns briefly north before turning west again at Mitchell Street. Leaving Trimble at the intersection with Tennessee Secondary Route 211, Route 105 continues west as County Line Street to the interchange with U.S. Route 51 (Future Interstate 69) where the segment of TN-105 in Trimble ends.
