The segment of Arkansas Highway 92 between Center Ridge and Bee Branch begins at the intersection with Arkansas Highway 9 in the town of Center Ridge in northern Conway County, Arkansas. Travelling generally east, the highway turns north at the intersection with AR-285 in the community of Rabbit Ridge. Turning east once again at the intersection with CR-821, the highway continues to Bee Branch where the Center Ridge to Bee Branch segment ends at the intersection with U.S. Route 65.
