This segment of Arkansas Highway 612 — currently the only segment of what will be U.S. Route 412 — begins at a partially completed stack interchange with Interstate 49 in the city of Lowell. Driving 4 miles west, the segment ends at an interchange with Arkansas Highway 112 in Elm Springs, just north of Springdale.
