U.S. Highway 67: Benton to Arkadelphia (Caddo Valley) – Arkansas

🚙 Drive America’s Highways for 40 miles south along U.S. Highway 67 from Benton to Arkadelphia (Caddo Valley), Arkansas. 🛣️

We start the video at the interchange of U.S. Highway 67 and Interstate 30 in Benton, just southwest of Little Rock. Driving southwest, we drive through the northwestern edges of Haskell, crossing the intersection with AR-229. Passing the Arkansas Health Center, we leave Haskell still travelling southwest. A few miles later, US-67 comes within a few dozen feet of Interstate 30 at a crossover to Military Road. Staying on highway 67, we turn south to enter Glen Rose. Passing through the community of Glen Rose, we turn west just before the intersection with U.S. Highway 270 to enter Perla.

Now driving west on a conjoined US-270 Business and US-67, soon leave Perla and enter Malvern where we intersect Arkansas Highway 9. Continuing on 67, we leave Malvern heading southwest, passing several farms and large wooded areas before curving west again at the intersection with AR-51 in Donaldson. Leaving Donaldson and crossing the Ouachita River, we turn southwest once again to enter Friendship, where we cross the intersection with AR-283, staying on US-67 towards Arkadelphia. A short drive through mainly wooded areas later, we enter Caddo Valley (which is a “suburb” of Arkadelphia) from the northeast. Now on Malvern Rd, we drive the last mile or so to the intersection with Arkansas Highway 7, where we end the video turning north.
