Drive America’s Highways for 10 miles west along Interstate 40 from Arizona to Needles, California

We start out crossing the state line into California, driving west on Interstate 40 out of Arizona. Climbing out of the Colorado River Valley, we turn northwest towards needles soon after the video starts. Just before the first interchange in CA, we come to the Agricultural Inspection station. Simply put, you pull in, declare you have no veggies or fruits from foreign lands and drive off. Sometimes you get inspected, sometimes you don’t. Needless to say, we zip right through and soon come to the exit for 5 mile road (148).

Passing that interchange, we continue northwest into Needles where we take exit 144 and end the video at Historic Route 66.
