Drive the Historic Mother Road in Texas! This video takes us from Interstate 40 exit 23 through Adrian, Texas about a mile to I-40 exit 22.

In Adrian, we stop off for a few photos on the road itself and then pull into The Midpoint Cafe for a few more shots before continuing westward towards New Mexico.

Adrian, Texas is a small almost ghost town in the western panhandle whose sole claim to fame is being exactly 1/2 way along the old Route 66. Other than the midpoint and the associated Midpoint Cafe, there really isn’t much else in Adrian, except maybe a few windmills — both old and new.
