🚙 Drive America’s Highways for 29 miles west along Arkansas Highway 38 from Des Arc to Cabot.

We start the drive from Des Arc to Cabot turning onto Arkansas Highway 38 from AR-323 in Des Arc. Driving west for about 3 miles, we turn right at the junction with AR-11 in Fourmile Corner to stay on AR-38. Turning briefly northwest, we pass through the community of Johnson Chapel. Passing the intersection with AR-86 south to leave Johnson Chapel, we continue west 4 miles or so into Hickory Plains.

At Hickory Plains, we turn southwest to intersect Arkansas Highway 13 before turning west again just outside of town. Continuing west on AR-38, we pass through Butlerville and crossing Arkansas Highway 31 at a four-way controlled intersection. Staying straight on 38, we pass the community of Sylvania to the north, crossing the north terminus of AR-321 as we make our way briefly into Ward where we cross AR-319.

Leaving Ward, we travel a few blocks west before turning northwest to enter Cabot at the intersection with Lincoln St. Entering Cabot, we pass Cabot High School, crossing the railroad overpass to end the video at the intersection with Arkansas Highway 367.
