The segment of Arkansas Highway 337 between Higden and Sugar Loaf Use Area is one of two segments of AR-337; the other being southeast of Heber Springs. Beginning at an intersection with Arkansas Highway 92 southwest of Higden, the highway travels 1.4 miles west before turning sharply north to end at Sugar Loaf Use Area on Greers Ferry Lake.
