Alabama Highway 25 from Vincent to Leeds begins at the intersection with U.S. Route 231 in the town of Vincent, southeast of Birmingham. Meandering it’s way across the Appalachian foothills, the highway makes its way north, passing through the communities of Skerrett and Vandiver along the way. North of Vandiver, the route becomes significantly more curvy, with several sharp curves and several switchbacks.

Entering the Leeds area, the road flattens out as it enters town as Dunnavant Road. At the intersection with U.S. Route 78, Alabama Highway 25 from Vincent to Leeds ends.
