U.S. Route 63: Mammoth Spring to Hardy – Arkansas

🚙 Drive America’s Highways for 16 miles south along U.S. Route 63 from Mammoth Spring to Hardy, Arkansas.

This drive from Mammoth Spring to Hardy begins at the intersection of U.S. Route 63 and Arkansas Highway 9 at the front entrance to Mammoth Spring State Park, in Mammoth Spring. Heading southeast out of town, the highway starts as a 4-lane highway. Generally following the path of the Spring River, Route 63 becomes a 2-lane rural highway just outside of town. Turning south near Field Creek, the highway continues to meander through the Ozark foothills another 13 miles before reaching Hardy.

Entering town from the north, highway 63 twists around a few hills before reaching the intersection with a conjoined U.S. Route 62/U.S. Route 412, where the video ends.
