Interstate 290: Auburn to Marlborough – Massachusetts

🚙 Drive America’s Highways for 21 miles east along Interstate 290 from Auburn to Marlborough in Massachusetts.

We start the drive from Auburn to Marlborough at the western terminus of Interstate 290 at the interchange with U.S. Highway 20 and Interstate 90. Driving initially northeast, we enter Worcester where we pass the junction with MA-146. Continuing east (north) on I-290, we cross the interchange with MA-9 as we pass downtown Worcester. Leaving downtown Worcester, we turn east at the interchange with Interstate 190 to leave town as we cross Lake Quinsigamond.

The last segment of the video sees us driving through wooded, hilly terrain as we make our way east towards Marlborough. Along the way, we cross the interchange with MA-140 and a few other local interchanges before reaching the end of Interstate 290 in Marlborough at the junction with Interstate 495, where we end the video turning northbound on I-495.
