🚙 Drive America’s Highways for 27 miles south along U.S. Highway 75 from Glenpool to Okmulgee, Oklahoma.

This segment of U.S. Route 75 between Glenpool and Okmulgee begins at the junction with SR-117 in Glenpool. Driving due south, the highway exits Glenpool and passes through the community of Winchester before turning slightly southeast to intersect Oklahoma State Highway 16. Crossing SR-16, the highway continues southeast, passing through Preston before entering Okmulgee.

Entering Okmulgee, the highway turns south, passing Okmulgee Regional Airport and the intersection with SR-56 east. As the highway continues into Okmulgee, it bends slightly southeast once again before continuing south to the junction with SR-56 west, where the segment of U.S. Highway 75 between Glenpool and Okmulgee ends.
